Bookings
How do I book a court?
Court bookings are managed through Playtomic. Hit "Book Courts" anywhere on this site, pick your slot and pay — instant confirmation. No app or account needed if you book as a guest.
Can I book without being a member?
Absolutely. Pay-as-you-play is welcome any time. Memberships unlock discounts and priority booking, but they're never required to use the club.
How far in advance can I book?
Pay-as-you-play bookings open 7 days ahead. Standard members can book 14 days ahead, Premium members 30 days ahead.
What's your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your booking. Cancellations inside 24 hours are charged in full to keep the court live for everyone else.
Playing
I've never played padel. Can I still come?
Yes — most of our visitors are total beginners on day one. Book a "First Time on Court" group session, or grab a court with friends and learn together. Rackets and balls included on every introductory lesson.
Do I need my own equipment?
No. We stock premium rental rackets behind the front desk, free for Standard and Premium members, modest fee for pay-as-you-play. Balls and grips are available in the pro shop.
What should I wear?
Sportswear and clean indoor trainers with non-marking soles. Padel-specific shoes are best but standard tennis or court shoes work fine. No running shoes — they'll mark the surface and ruin your grip.
How many players per court?
Padel is normally played as doubles (2v2). We also have two singles courts for 1v1 matches.
The Venue
Is there parking?
Yes — free on-site parking for all players and guests. There's also a tram stop and several bus routes a short walk away.
Is the clubhouse open to non-players?
Always. The café, bar and lounge are open to everyone, every day. Stop in for a coffee, lunch or a drink — no booking required.
Can I bring kids?
Yes, kids are very welcome. Our Junior Academy runs every week for ages 6–17, plus school-holiday camps. Children under 13 must be supervised by an adult when off-court.
Is the venue accessible?
The clubhouse, courts, changing rooms and bathrooms are all accessible. Step-free access from the car park. Please get in touch ahead of your visit if you have specific requirements.
Memberships
Are memberships contracted?
No — all memberships are monthly rolling. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice.
Is there an initiation fee?
No initiation fee, ever. The first month covers your first month — that's it.
Private Events
What's the minimum group size for events?
We host events from 10 guests for an intimate court takeover up to 400 guests for full venue activations. Below 10? Just book a court or two — no event paperwork needed.
Can you handle catering and AV?
Yes. We have an in-house kitchen, bar and AV/lighting setup. Custom menus, branded signage and full production are all part of what we do.
